We didn't do much this Easter as I am still recovering from my lung infection, but we did make sure Lydia got an Easter basket full of goodies. Here she is this Easter morning.
Getting Lydia dressed this morning was a happy chore. Lydia is becoming fiercely independant and she balks at us helping her with things she feels she can do herself. Getting dressed is something Lydia likes to do on her own so when we try to help she's off in a dash!
Finally dressed, Lydia looked very pretty in her trendy pink and black gown.
Eating Jellybeans after breakfast! Lydia loved her basket.
Her gourmet Peep was a big hit so she kissed it's Peepy goodness!
Lydia was all smiles this Easter!
I know I am biased, but I think Lydia is just stunning in this picture. My beautiful girl didn't keep the dress on long. "Scratchy, mama! No!!" But no matter what she wears this holiday she is gorgeous!
(This post also qualifies us for participation in Double Happiness' Friday Fun Challenge! Visit there to see others' pictures of gorgeous holiday and spring outfits!)
Hope you are feeling better. Thanks for sharing the lovely photos of Lydia. Take care of yourself!

I hope you do feel better. Liddy looks stunning as usual. I love the dress. Daddy is going to have to polish his shot gun when that girl grows up.
